Last updated: July 24, 2026
01Who operates Pathlyzer
Pathlyzer is a software learning platform operated by Oxyra Solutions. Oxyra Solutions is responsible for the personal data described in this Privacy Policy and for handling it in line with the practices explained below.
Full legal entity and registered contact details will be published here once finalized: [Oxyra Solutions — legal entity details pending].
02What data Pathlyzer collects
To provide the platform, Pathlyzer may collect the following categories of data:
- First name and last name
- Email address
- Username
- Password and other authentication credentials
- Profile and avatar images
- User account metadata (e.g. preferences, account status, timestamps)
- Code submitted or stored inside the platform
- Learning progress and activity data
- Technical logs and security-related metadata
Passwords and other authentication credentials are protected using industry-standard hashing mechanisms and are never stored in plain text.
03Why Pathlyzer processes this data
Pathlyzer processes the data described above to:
- Create and manage user accounts
- Provide access to the learning platform
- Store user work and code projects
- Support programming exercises and execution workflows
- Personalize the learning experience
- Maintain platform security
- Troubleshoot technical issues
- Communicate with users when necessary
04Code and user-generated content
As part of using Pathlyzer, you may write, submit, or store code inside the platform. This section explains how that content is handled.
- Code may be stored to provide learning, workspace, project, and progress functionality.
- You should not intentionally include real production secrets, API keys, passwords, tokens, private keys, or other sensitive credentials in code submitted to the platform.
- Pathlyzer does not sell user code.
- Pathlyzer does not use stored user code to train AI models.
- Pathlyzer treats stored code as user content and handles it according to the platform's security controls.
Pathlyzer applies reasonable security measures to protect stored code, but no system — including Pathlyzer's — can guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized access or data leakage. We continue to invest in the controls described in Security measures to reduce that risk.
05Profile images and avatars
You may upload avatars or profile images to personalize your account. These images are used for profile and display purposes inside the platform and are not sold to third parties.
06AI and model training
Pathlyzer does not use user-submitted code, profile data, or account data to train AI models.
If AI-powered features are introduced in the future, this section will be revisited and updated accordingly.
08Security measures
Pathlyzer applies a range of security practices intended to protect your data, including:
- Access controls
- Encryption in transit
- Secure password handling
- Infrastructure-level protections
- Least-privilege access where possible
- Monitoring and logging where appropriate
Pathlyzer may introduce additional encryption mechanisms in the future, including asymmetric encryption approaches designed to reduce exposure of sensitive user content. These mechanisms will be documented when they become available.
09Data retention
Data is retained for as long as needed to provide the platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and support account functionality.
Account deletion behavior is not yet available and will be documented here once implemented.
10User rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request deletion of your data
- Restrict how your data is processed
- Object to certain processing of your data
- Request a portable copy of your data
