05User-submitted content and code

  • Access tokens
  • Passwords
  • Private keys
  • Confidential third-party code
  • Malicious code
  • Content you do not have permission to use

06Code execution and platform safety

Pathlyzer may provide code execution features to support hands-on learning. You must not use these features to:

  • Attack infrastructure
  • Bypass sandbox restrictions
  • Mine cryptocurrency
  • Run malware
  • Scan networks
  • Access unauthorized systems
  • Disrupt the platform or other users

07Acceptable use

When using Pathlyzer, you must not:

  • Abuse the platform
  • Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems
  • Reverse engineer protected parts of the platform
  • Upload harmful content
  • Infringe intellectual property rights
  • Use the platform for illegal activities
  • Interfere with service availability

08Intellectual property

Pathlyzer, its branding, user interface, platform content, learning structure, and underlying software are owned by Oxyra Solutions or its licensors.

You keep ownership of the code and content you submit. By submitting it, you grant Pathlyzer a limited license to store, process, display, and execute that content only to provide the platform's functionality.

09Learning content and outcomes

Pathlyzer aims to support software learning and skill development, but does not guarantee employment, certification recognition by third parties, specific career outcomes, or mastery without your own effort and practice.

10Availability and changes

Pathlyzer may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue features over time. As an early-stage platform, Pathlyzer may evolve significantly, and some features may be added, adjusted, or removed as the product matures.

11Limitation of liability

Pathlyzer is provided with reasonable care, but like any digital platform, it cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation.
